Questions people ask before booking

What is included in the price?

Return economy flights from a UAE airport, hotel stays on twin-sharing basis, all transfers listed in the itinerary, guided tours as stated, meals stated exactly (usually breakfast plus some dinners), visa assistance where relevant and 24/7 WhatsApp support during your trip.

Are flights from Dubai only?

We fly from Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Fares vary slightly by airport and airline, we send you two or three options with the numbers spelled out.

Do you handle visas?

Yes. For e-visa countries we file the application on your behalf. For visa-on-arrival countries we prepare the paperwork. Every package page carries a specific visa line for UAE residents.

What happens if a visa is refused?

You get a full refund of anything we have not yet paid out to airlines or hotels. Anything already paid follows the airline and hotel cancellation policy, which we make transparent before you confirm.

Are prices per person or per family?

All prices are per person, twin sharing. Solo travellers pay a single-supplement, we quote it up front. Children have a separate price shown on each package.

Child pricing and infants?

Kids under 12 sharing a room with two adults get the child price shown. Infants under 2 usually fly for a small fee and stay free with parents.

Can we extend the trip?

Yes. Adding nights, adding a city, or a stopover on the way home is all normal. We rebuild the quote with the extension included.

What payment plans exist?

A 30% deposit confirms the booking, the balance is due 30 days before departure. We take bank transfer, credit card or Tabby / Tamara in three parts.

What support exists while travelling?

You get a WhatsApp number that answers within the hour, 24/7, staffed by our team in Dubai. If a flight is delayed or a hotel messes up a room, one message and we sort it.
